the weather has been amazingly warm and nice for this late into november…out on the bike everyday…but today it’s extremely windy and it rained all night…which freaks me out…thankfully no water in the studio this time but water in on the second floor…damn….called the roofguy again!….meanwhile, been recording lots and lots…new songs with ellie perez ‘run4cover’, and a collab w/ king britt as well ‘ la vida’ which is extremely beautiful…ellie sounds amazing…continuing on tracks for my album….and starting tracks for the forthcoming ‘sister gertrude’ remix album w/ king britt for ropeadope…finished tracking for a collaboration with italian producer enrico mariana (2blue, duozero) bringing together a surprising collective of poets, musicians and artists from around the world…more news on this soon…as the audio files go flying around the globe in the post!!!!!gonna be the bomb….oh, a disaster!, my PC crashed this week – the hard drive was corrupted…it’s wild when this happens…cause it’s like losing a big chunk of your memory…lately i feel like i need to defrag my own mind as well…hopefully it’ll all sort itself out…cheers!
