finally home for a stretch and am taking all my time to be productive in the mighty 1k studio…feels good!
after being lost for a week somewhere in scotland, the scottish dance theatre received the digital masters for my new 25 minute composition for their 2004 tour and evidently are very happy with the results…i spent many hours eq-ing and generally mastering the sound files…i was happy overall with the results and can’t wait to
see their performance as they are designing lighting and costuming now for the UK debut in February…next project will be starting tracks for Burnt Freidman and Can’s Jaki Leibezeit for their next record on non-place. i’m very excited about this, of course, and will try to find some new sounds and areas to explore in their music…and, finally, i’ve been putting finishing touches on a collection of my solo/vocal tracks this weekend “sad songs of the future man”…more to come…
